I was drawn in by the "pizza by the slice" sign out front. I figured it was a good, quick, pizza for lunch type of place and I was not disappointed. I had the slice of 'meat lovers' pizza and a Coke for six bucks. The thin crust slice was absolutely delicious. And, the price was right for downtown Indianapolis.
There were lots of pizza by the slice choices including vegetarian, Hawaiian, barbecue and others. -

We sought this place out and we were glad that we did! It was mid-afternoon, so it wasn't crowded at all. We had a group of 10, so skipping the lunch rush was okay by us.
Yelp brought us to this place and we were glad. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal in downtown Indy. We had 2 pizzas (they were average) the biscuits & gravy, (it was fine and surprisingly fresh for this time of day), and a reuben. Y'all, this reuben was outstanding! The corned beef had been lightly grilled and that really hit the spot.
The decor and atmosphere isn't fancy, but it's feels comfortable. The service, however, was as friendly and genuine as you'll find. We felt so welcome and appreciated! Thank you for the great lunch! -

In town for a conference and needed to grab a bite to eat. Found this place on Yelp, and it did not disappoint. The first that hit me walking in was the smell of Chicken Fried Steak! Greeted by the owners Tammy and David Lee. Since it was close to closing time, I ordered one slice of pizza, buffalo wings, drinks, and an order of biscuits and sausage gravy to go.
The food was great and tasty. Gotta say some of the best biscuits and gravy I've had in a while. Thin crust pizza and buffalo wings were tasty!
But what really made the visit to this shop enjoyable was as I'm sitting waiting for my order of wings to be made, David strikes up what turns out to be a terrific discussion of where I'm from, where they are from, and their goals. Just gotta love the passion they have!
I definitely need to go back and try their chicken fried steak, and recommend this place for the food made from the heart! -

Excellent mom and pop restaurant, got to see it first hand how hard it takes to own a business with ten children and make it work well! I enjoyed the pizza buffet, the home style salad with ranch dressing and shredded cheese and seeing everyone eat biscuits and sausage gravy. I recommend checking this place out when possible you will not be disappointed. It is immaculate and clean and there is a TV to watch CNN or fox news whatever is on :)

Decent mom and pop establishment. Food is decent and a good value. Service us five stars. Place has a nice homey feel and the owners make you welcome.
B&G served all day also and is very good.
